CALLS FOR ART
XXXXXS
GROUP SHOW
Show me your tiny art.
Metal Haus Gallery invites California-based artists to submit already-made works for XXXXS, a miniature group exhibition in San Francisco. The small-scale companion to XXXXXXL, this show brings together completed artworks across painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, photography, fiber, textiles, and mixed media.
Subject matter is open. Small scale connects the works, which will be displayed in a single row across the gallery. There is no fee to apply.
GROUP SHOW
Show us your blacks & blues
Metal Haus Gallery invites submissions for Blacks & Blues, a group exhibition exploring shades of black and blue through color, texture, material, and form. Works may focus entirely on black, entirely on blue, or explore both colors in combination. Representational and abstract approaches are welcome, with no required subject matter.
Submit existing artwork across all media or propose new work on canvas or birch panel, with surfaces provided to selected proposal artists. Open to US-based artists. There is no fee to apply.
